Since 1975 . . .
Hansen Screen Company opened for business during the Summer of 1975. Operating out of his garage, Greg Hansen started making window screens for a few glass companies, his friends and neighbors. We have grown into the largest retail screen shop in San Antonio, Texas providing a complete line of screening services -- window screens, solar screens, screen doors and screen rooms. And, if you want to do it yourself, we can supply all the components and materials necessary.
We do not sell your information to anyone! We require and collect personal identification information from our customers for the purpose of processing their orders or sending information they have requested or expressed an interest in. We also temporarily store a small amount of information within a "cookie" on your computer. We will never sell, loan or rent any information we collect including names, addresses, E-mail address, phone numbers, etc. We may use this information to contact the customer for order clarification or confirmation but we will not use it for further marketing UNLESS the customer specifically requests to be put on any marketing update list.
We ship most orders within four working days. We will notify you via e-mail when your order was shipped and it's expected arrival date. We will also notify you via E-mail if we cannot ship your order within 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We primarily use UPS, FEDEX, or USPS and offer ground (6 Day), 3-Day Select or 1-Day Air. We do not ship outside the United States. We can ship to APO addresses via U.S. Post Office, however, the shipment must be small enough to fit U.S. Postal size limits.
